I've been around the world and back enough times to know when I'm being fed a pack of lies.
Let me ask you, how do you know that? What convinces you that the established narrative of 9/11 is false? Did you believe in conspiracies before 9/11 occurred, if so which ones did you believe in?
The key word here, too casually used by yours truly, is "know". I am all over people when they say that they "know" that Jesus is their savior and I can only say that I believe. I concede to that and thank you for keeping me true.
I'm over here advising people to tread lightly and I stepped right into it , didn't I.
As I said before, I don't know what actually happened, but from what I've seen, war is a very profitable venture if your connected well and invested wisely
Once again I have forgotten to logmyself in "forever" and I do not want to have another long thought post erased on me because of my slow typing skills so I will log off and get right back to you.
Back again for my fair share of abuse
I worked around aircraft for the first two years I spent in the military, and I don't see how any air frame is going to come out winning in a contest of plane Vs. concrete and steel. I've also worked in concrete construction alongside demolition crews after I got out of the Navy.
I've been told be structural engineers and demo experts that these types of buildings are designed in such a way that they will not collapse on their own weight unless
specific support elements that exist throughout the entire building from top to bottom are first and systematically compromized. I can't understand how this has never been brought to open public attention.
I don't easilly submit to all the conspiracy BS out their. Many of these people mean well but there are just so many different elements in the course of human events that come into play in many complex ways. So complex is the larger picture as a whole that it is often difficult for the conspiracy theorist, and their antagonists alike to simply sum up all the events into one simple explanation "in the box".
The evil American hating Muslims got funded and organized and pulled off the operation of the century...Now let's go to war and kill them all... be afraid people of America, be very afraid!!
I'm not so sure about this one...
The evil corporate "Illuminatti" who are trying to take over the world staged it so they can further their agenda of corporate world conquest...
I still don't quite see it as all that black and white.
One thing I do
know is that the whole issue stirs alot of emmotion on both sides and that people tend to lose rationale when emmotions come into play. The next thing to go after that is OBJECTIVITY, and after that it's our very inner humanity.
In this frame of mind, it becomes very easy to dehumanize others who are unfamiliar to our psyche. Fear takes over and in that state of mind, people, not persons, but people, in general become quite easy to manipulate as a whole.
No... I do not completely submit to either side as I see one side wanting peace and justice, but being unable to present themselves in a way that the public,
in general, can take seriously; and I see the other side as an extreme , short sighted ideology that seems blood thirsty for revenge.
I'm not a structural engineer, but I do know that it takes much more heat and and
forced air (like that of an exothermic torch which uses magnesium and high pressure oxygen) than that of what an aircraft wreckage can generate to compromize structural "I" beams or rebar to a degree that would cause the result we saw on the towers.
What do I know about heat generated by aircraft wreckage?
I served on the "Crash and Smash" team on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier as a sideline duty to my job as a shipboard aviation fuel tech.
Those fires burn hot. Commercial grade fuel burns even hotter and is is more volatile. But even in the large fuel quantities of a jet liner, they wont burn hot enough. Much of the fuel ignites in the initial explosion which due to the kerosene base of the fuel itself, will not generate enough force to compromise a structure of this kind.
What do I know about stucture?
I sailed through a typhoon in the Sea of Japan in '97 in a smaller four spot amphib ship and we were hammered repeatedly by 40 foot swells for ten hours straight (first time in my life that I was truly in doubt for our safety although the old chiefs were never worried
). Were talking about tens of thousands of tons of water hitting a ship of similar structural integrity.
I know that the frames of our ships are the same grade steel used in heavy industrial construction and those ships, inspite of being built much thiner and lighter than they were during World War II, can take a hammering.
I know that where I grew up, the skyscrapers have stood up to 7.1 earthquakes, flexing and swaying as much ten feet in either direction of the building. I don't see a jet liner explosion or even ten of them equalling that kind of power.
I'm not making any accusations, I'm just saying that to me, it just doesn't make sense.
As for the war itself, hey, WakeTFU, free your mind. There's no noble cause to it.
It's just business (cynical, I know), but it's the attitude some must take in order to fullfill their duties honorably even when they don't agree with what's happening. Didn't have to like it, didn't even have to believe in it, but I gave my word so I did it with honor but not zeal.
And justified or not; live with the inhumanity of war of which I was a part, I shall, with everlasting shame for myself and the entire human race for not rising to the enlightenment and divinity of which, as a youngster I once believed we were all capable...but now, no longer.
