Multi barrels.

Are there any wear issues when changing to diff. barrels on the same frame? I just thought it would be better to have one barrel to one frame. Any thoughts? Or am I just over thinking it?

I do believe your over thinking it my friend. These simple guns, with a little care and lubrication should last long enough for us, our children, and our grandchildren to get a lot of use out of them. I doubt one person would or could "wear out" and Handi given just a little care and cleaning.
