Cougar,
I have one son, 30 years old, who lives 1,000 miles away. And, I have zero grandchildren. So no, I don't plan on any of my neighbors having to feed my grandchildren.
Unlike the old days, most people in these days don't live in the same neighborhoods as their children and grandchildren. Their children grow up, go to colleges in far away States, and settle there to work for big companies and raise their families.
So, if the end of the world comes, I'll leave all of the eating of worms, insects, skunks and other assorted critters to you hard core guys. You can gladly have my share! :-)
Best, Mannyrock
