357 Mag, 243, standard barrel 223, bull barrel 223, and a 45 BC each acquired in short order.  Now I am faced with "accurizing" each, which isn't working well because I am having too much fun casting, reloading, and slinging lead, by plinking away at every range session.  When I find the need to shoot for food, I currently have to fall back on the bolt action rifle.  I want to shoot a Handi- but cannot seem to get that grin off of my face long enough to get serious.

Damndest bug you ever seen isn't?I'm still working on most of mine too.Albeit for a different reason. My heavier hitters hurt me if I shoot too many through them at one sitting.Bruise the crap out of my shoulder and side of my head.Too many blood thinners is what's causing it.Still, gotta love them.Loading for my 45-70,357 maxy,308 and my 204.My 270 likes the factory fodder well enough.Too much fun and not enough time.Yep it's a bad bug. ;D

I have had that problem also, but cash depletion can put into temporary remission. They say the cure is on the horizon for me, probably just over a year away. It is called "Retirement", and they say if you can avoid the dreaded "Honeydew Syndrome" which IS a common and serious side effect, that Handi-holism and Golfitis can be treated successfully to the point that it can be sustained indefinitely.
If the Honeydew flares up , you just have to suffer through the episode, and after it passes spend extra time in very quiet settings with your Ugly Stick.

So, Land Owner, I want to be the best Friend I can and give you $50 CASH for EACH of your Handi's to help you with your ensuing Problem. I want to be the Best Friend  I can be....... ::) ???

Stay calm, take a few deep breaths. Choose the caliber that will fill most your hunting needs. Work on it on rainey days and any other time that it strikes your fancy and get it shooting to your acceptance, then you will have a field fiend for hunting and range support on hunting shooting days. At that point you can choose your next rainey day friend to work with. Remember, stay calm. The sweats and tremmors will get better as your success grows.

But of course I will give you 60 bucks a piece for them. ear

PS: Of course you may have to lock the ones up that you arn't working on and give someone else the key.

It seems that an unintended "auction" has gotten underway.  The Reserve hasn't been met.  Good advice ear.  My thinking exactly.  I can do that.

With "friends like these guys"Who needs "enemies" ;D
Seriously though you could count on them in a real situation! (even if they do overbid me before I get a chance ;D )
Remember with retirement coming so soon you will have plenty of projects to do, so postpone all but the Handi stuff ,get the Handi's going now, save all the other for later.
