Need S41 Mag paper punching loads

I would like to push a 215 or 220 grain cast semiwadcutter out of my six inch S&W 57 at a low enough velocity and muzzle blast to be suitable for indoor paper punching. Say 800 fps.
Any body have any good loads along these lines?

In my old Lyman 45th edition it shows 7.0 grains of Unique driving the 210gr cast at about 841fps from a 6" mdl 57 S&W. That should get you in the ballpark--.
