Encore Hunting Package

I came across one of these in 270 Winchester with a 2.5x7 T/C variable, T/C rings and zippered green canvas case. When were these made? The gun appears to be unfired or fired very little.

  acording to the 2011 catalog they are still making it in 270, 308 and 22/250.  comes in  encore hunters package  pistol, scope and rings all set up with a green case.
