How long can powder stay out ?

How long can you leave powder in a powder dropper is overnight or a few days ok?

ive had it sit for months in a measure. More then worrying about it go bad i empty them anymore to prevent the powder from clouding up the plastic measurer hopper to the point you cant see through it.

I my reloading room, powder stays out 5 minutes after I'm done reloading. Mebby it's from depending on hand tools for a living for over 45 years, but all my tools and reloading components get put up after each session. No mix-ups possible and I know exactly where to look for them next time (and when your memory gets old, that's a major plus!).
