subsonic loads in the 7.62x39 handi

anyone ever did this and what did you use?
does the twist of this barrel affect it any?

i was thinking of using 180 cast and trail boss, or should i go heavier

I'm working on the same thing, I think you are on the right track.  I am starting with 170 gr. round nose made for 30-30 and Trail Boss.  I've heard that 180 gr. works good for 1-10 twist.
