first post... ordered 357 barrel
« on: February 27, 2012, 07:40:04 PM »
OK, I've been lurking on this forum for almost a year, reading and learning from you guys. Finally jumped in and sent our little Sb1 20gauge frame in for the 357 barrel. only  1 week later they are done and shipping it back! I can't hardly wait to see how she shoots. Thinking of changing the butt stock to line up with the scope, but wondering how much that would affect its use with shotgun barrel? any help and advice is appreciated, thanks

Welcome to Gray Beards and congrats on the .357.

A different stock(like a monte carlo) may effect you a little using the shot gun barrel. But since pinpoint accuracy is not normally the goal(unless shooting slugs) I would not worry that much. Watch the classifieds, stocks are listed quite often. ;)
