Delivery time?

Well I just put in an order for a .45 Colt 97, and as I'm sure all of you can relate to, I can't wait to get it in hand!
 
The downer is that they said 14 weeks for delivery.  I saw on the website that 10-12 is listed as normal.  I curious what other people have been experienced and also if it came early, on time or late compared with what you were told.  I wanna brace myself for the wait to come.

Of the four that came to my dealer for me none took more than about a week I think. None ran over projected delivery date. What I ordered was pretty standard stuff tho so might have been in stock already.

The more "special" stuff you add or longer/shorter than normal length barrels the longer it takes. All I've gotten were 7.5" barrels with no add ons other than an action job.

Either one week or fourteen, the wait will be worth it.
