Dating a barrel?

Hi all,
First time over here.  I normally lurk over on the H&R center fire forum.  Is there any way to determine the date of manufacture or at least a ballpark date for  a nice 410 barrel  I have acquired?  It has stamped on it

"PARTNER MODEL SB1
410 GAUGE 3" FULL (P)"

I want to know what I've got as I'm planning to install a liner and CF rifle ejector and I think there's 2 or 3 different versions of rifle ejectors.  Any light anyone can shed on this will be much appreciated.

I don't know if this applies to shotgun ejectors, but pre '99 rifle ejector posts were thicker, a '99 and later ejector will work fine in the older barrels, but not the other way around, the newer barrels have a shallower notch in the barrel face.

I heard there was a generally accepted rule for third dates .. but I won't dwell on it's veracity.
