new to the area
« on: March 08, 2012, 09:25:15 AM »
Well I am re-locating from colorado to the kansas city area. I love to hunt and fish and am looking forward to the opportunities. What I want to know is should I live in kansas or missouri and as well, which state has more hunting/fishing opportunities near where I work, lenexa KS.

I dont have hard numbers so it will be conjecture on my part. Both states have excellent hunting from what I hear, but I think here in Missouri we have an edge in the variety of game, the fishing I think is better, and the legal system a bit more relaxed. I have a son and family that live in KC, it is a nice place to live. Big Cabelas at the Kansas Junction of I-435 and I-70, and a new bass-pro at Mo I-70 and I-470.
