What does it fit?

Anyone know what this may fit?  I sold it as a forearm stock for an "octagon" barrel but it was returned because it didn't fit that type barrel.  The purchaser said it may be for a bull barrel.  Does anyone have an idea?

Looks like it is for a 10' Contender bull barrel.
A forearm for an octagon barrel will actually have flats inside the barrel channel.
