SOLVED:are these 308's?

The one on the left is a .308 from winchester for comparison.  Just don't know about the 2 on the right. To me the look the same but idk.

Sorry to be pedantic, but the NATO military rounds are designated 7.62x51, not the commercial.308 Win .

The RG is  'Radway Green' in the U.K.
