Scope base for LH rifles

Saw a site today with listings for bases for Savage and Remington LH rifles.  Is there a difference?  These bases were like the Redfield JR with a windage adjustment screw on each side.  Nothing left handed about them.  Was this BS or is there a different base for a left handed bolt rifle?  I can see a very limited market for a left handed QR ring, but not a base.

The one piece bases are different for left and right hand guns.Two piece will work on either
