Free Speech? Well, that depends...

A really strange time we love in - the vilest. most graphic and violent pornography is allowed, supposedly justified by our First Amendment rights to free speech, while peaceful protests against  government policies can be banned simply based on whether the government likes what you say or not.

And because the statute does not require the government to prove intent, a person accidentally in a restricted area can be charged and prosecuted, as well...."

oh, it's been creeping up for a long time.  but it became glaringly obvious on that date. he even warned us that it was going to happen.
