The federal "justice" department cannot prosecute a slam-dunk case of gross violation of civil rights, but they can assign 5 flunkies to try to jail a man who offered counselling for women about to have their babies killed. Even though the feds had no legal grounds to do so ..and knew it..they tried to jail him anyway....but their BS didn't work.
