Yes I read the link . Its says nothing about what will be done with him once captured. Since he isnt currently a fugitive who are they going to turn him over to?  Perhaps I should have added the   to communicate sarcasm.
 
And I love how the article refers to the New Black Panther Party as a "black political group" they are more like a hate group. They also claim that they dont hate anyone. But if you do a little looking you can find plenty of video of that fool shabaaz saying "I HATE EVERY IOTA OF A CRACKER!" And then encouraging the crowd to kill crackers and kill thier babies.

   I suppose Zimmerman could have slashed his own head open, broken his own nose and scrubbed grass all over his clothes to create a "false flag" incident, but nothing seems to indicate any such pre-planning.
 
  If we just remove 'race' from the equation, I doubt there would be so much excitement.  All these screaming racists holding rallies show that such is what they consider the "end-all"..."be-all.  If you doubt for one moment these unrulies are racist, just ask yourself; " If  Zimmerman or Martin were either both white or both black...would this same croud of likely suspects be running around and screaming their heads off ?
   Zimmerman claims that he turned to leave, as the 911 dispatcher said ("we don't need you to do that"), when Trayvon attacked him from the back.
  One witness has stepped forward, claiming he saw Trayvon standing astride Zimmerman pounding on neighborhood watch man. That seems to fit with the wound pattern, split head first, then in stunned condition, the broken nose etc.
   Still, we cannot know the facts and that's what a grand jury is seated for.

It seems to me that the picture these folks in the media are painting is that as long as the aggressor is black then it isnt a problem. The race of the victim is meaningless as long as the aggressor is black. They consistently ignore black on black and black on white crime.

The other saying he held the kid down and was beating him.(I wonder which hand he held the kid down with and which hand he shot him with?,maybe he's got 3 arms/hands!) That award winning director,Spike Lee, tweeting Zimmerman's address, except he got it wrong and now some old lady is barricaded herself in her house because she's in fear of her life. One of the leaders of the black panthers group has been arrested on gun charges. Al and Jesse are still stirring the pot. As a matter of fact, come to think of it, they use to film the old Tarzan movies in Florida. I wonder how far from this town of Sanford? I live just outside the town of Sanford.....lots of local coverage, both television and radio.      the original police report confirms that Zimmerman had 1) a broken nose, 2) a laceration to the back of his head, and 3) wet grass stains all over the back of the red shirt he was wearing.        Also, one of our local stations showed a local reporter interviewing a 14 yr old boy ( with dark skin) who claims to have witnessed the struggle -  he stated the man wearing the red shirt was on the bottom getting punched by the man on top. 
 
It is interesting to note that all of the local stations are changing their tune trying to backpeddle from the way they have been portraying Zimmerman the past two weeks......I think they have been reminded of the multi - milllion dollar settlements that Richard Jewell received (from I believe NBC, CNN, NY Post, and Piedmont College) after they smeared him falsely as the Atlanta Olympic Bomber.   
 
the lead homicide investigator had written up and recommended manslaughter charges be filed against Zimmerman for two weeks following the incident and the State Attorneys office declined.     So if Sanford PD "messed up" it was probably in the PR department following the SA not wanting to pursue the case.

  Yes; never forget Richard Jewell..he deserved whatever settlement he got.  Seems like some in the media are nearly to that point. 
  Here is another media 'feeding frenzy'.., trying to turn a neighborhood watch/hooded man confrontation into a racial or gun-grab incident.  They atre having some success in whipping up the no-think crowd.
  If these mobs, including Jackson, Sharpton, Miami heat et al, are so concerned with "justice".. Where were they when OJ Simpson escaped the murder charge..just so he could go on to commit more felonies ?

I don't think the black community really cares if ''justice'' is served. If there is a slim possibility that a black person was done an injustice, imagined or real, they have to go off the deep end. They really don't care if it's black on black, or white on white crime. Only if it's a white person, gets the better of the black. If a black person gets over on whitey, thats ok. They are, using a 60's phrase, a product of their enviroment. They have come to believe that they are entitled to riot and destroy, not unlike some of the simple minded sports fans, that riot and burn when their sports team wins, or loses.(I could never figure that one out?? )I do think that time is running out for those that think and act this way, the barrel of a gun has a distinct way of attitude adjustment. gypsyman

Our local station here got a release of the Sanford PD video at the station the night this all went down.    It shows:   George Zimmerman being helped out of the back of the squad car IN HANDCUFFS BEHIND HIS BACK AND TAKEN IN FOR QUESTIONING.   His wounds, while not visible, had been attended to at the scene by the paramedics.   He was questioned,  and the lead homicide investigator wrote that he recommended Manslaughter charges be brought but he was turned down by the State's Attorney.    Without charges they had no reason or means to keep Zimmerman in custody.   THAT'S THE WAY IT WORKS!!!!!     All these Race Baiting loudmouths are just stirring up trouble to get themselves on TV.      Having grown up in the south and lived the past 50 yrs in Florida I know there has been and is bigotry in many areas of the state.   But this instance was not racism/bigotry/profiling..... it was a valid response of fear from someone in a community that had been repeatedly victimized to alert 911.   the timeline on the 911 calls is very clear except for the last 60 seconds.     Hopefully cooler heads will be able to ascertain the events.    But I really fear that the supporters of Martin will not be satisfied unless Z is convicted....  and several factions have alluded to taking to violence if they don't get their way.        Ghosts of the Rodney King verdict loom heavily here.

TM - your observation about the history of Z's dom violence and battery on a LEO has troubled me too.  It was reported the altercation with LEO was dropped in exchange for 'anger management' classes.     Who in the world gets that kind of perk?    In Florida a DV charge, will cause you to have to surrender firearms, prevent a CC permit and prevent further firearms purchase.  There is something very strange about this that no one is talking about .   With all the tidbits being leaked via one media source or another the pendulum of "suspense" keeps swinging left and right..... and my suspicion is that the media is playing that way to keep ratings high. 
 
That the original St Atty, Wolfinger, declined to pursue manslaughter as the lead detective suggested, is suspect as is him subsequently recusing himself from the case.  Why is this?   
 
I have had my head, both front and back opened up from blunt trauma in the past.    IThey did bleed tremendously, but did not bruise.   that being said one gash needed stitches, the other just a butterfly.....both were quite obvious to anyone looking at me.

and I have read everything.
It was the perfect storm. Now let's go to the moment--nobody knows anything about either & they know nothing about each other--NOTHING.
One is a watch captain the other is a kid walking thru a neigborhood. No matter what he was wearing it was legal dress. The captain thinks he is up to something and begins following--then there was conversation and the captain calls 911 and follows the man--another 911 call tells the man to back off--he doesn't and the man being followed dissapears.
The kid is like a lot of young blacks with a chip on their shoulder and the captain is a wannabe cop.
The kid gets fed up with being harrassed and goes looking to put an end too it.
You gotta know your limitations folks---Zimmermann got what he was not looking for--someone stood up to him.
The original report may have been a good charge---from my point of view if I was the kid.
Then you throw in everything that comes to light later---matches and gunpowder.
One lost his life and the other has lost the rest of his life.
My point is -- you need to use your head and think thru what could happen. This episode is closed on both of these men--it's too late to undo what has happened and all the support for either side will not help now.
