Did the Chinese take a cue from Obama ?

    Recently, Obama signed the very controversial National Defense Authorization Act into law.  That reportedly allows police-state seizing of citizens, who can be held incommunicato for some time.
  Apparent emboldened by this, the Chinese commies figure that sounds like a good thing to put into effect in their nation.
