I was sent a e-mail and do not know how to put it on here, but it is about bill HR 4646 put forth by the great ( one) that would charge a 1 precent fee for deposits to bank acounts . Now remimber this is a fee put forth by obummer not a tax,  He said he would not raise taxs, so we will just call this a fee? ???

It wasn't a real threat. It was put forward by a single Rep (Chaka Fattah) in Feb 2010, and had no other co-sponsors or support. It subsequently died in committee.
