Sharp trigger on Topper Jr.
« on: March 31, 2012, 10:13:43 AM »
Had my Grandpa's Topper Jr. out today. Shot a few 5/8 ounce 2 3/4 rifled slugs through it and although recoil was a bit stiff the only thing that bothered me was the sharp angles on the trigger. At one point I was expecting blood from my trigger finger.

Any thoughts on maybe a trigger shoe or smoothing out the sharp edges?

Thanks for the help!

take a dremel tool and round off the edges. i have done it many times on other guns. go slow and stop when it suits you, polish to very smooth. eastbank.

Thanks for the help.
I did use my dremel to smooth out the sharp edges.  Will have to shoot to see if it's any better.
