Looking for ghost ring rear for Mk II

Looking for a ghost ring (hopefully adjustable) that will fit in the standard rear notch of a Mk II pistol.   One that will work with the existing front sight.

If you cant find a replacement blade, find a small washer and SuperGlue it to the existing blade.
