 Sheriff Joe after him on one side and now he has the "Supremes" nipping at his other side!

I'm voting 3rd party in this election by writing in Jesus Christ for president.  Sadly even if this were an option most of you would still vote Republican because "It's a two party system."

Sam,

Sheriff Joe never filed a birther lawsuit.  He just had a "posse" investigate the birth certificate and reported the results, which the media predictably ignored.  Besides, Sheriff Joe has other Obama matters to deal with.....

The most recent action filed was in DC by a fellow named Sibley, for a quo warranto action.    The action is still in limbo.

The Obama administration has had more lawsuits against states and people trying to enforce the EXISTING immigration laws.  He also has had all the lawsuits by states and individuals against the health care mandates.  Obama had made lawyers happy.
