Well Zimmerman is getting charged. So boys and girls, the moral of the story is, if a black attacks a white, you must just let them do what ever they want to you, or your family. Because you will be in trouble with the law if you fight back.

can you imagine how bad it will get with another four years of obama.
him and his black panthers may force us into war.
this is not the first time that obama has poked his nose into something and made it more racial than it should have been.

Zimmerman was tried and found guilty by the liberal press, and racial hawkers like Sharpton, before the ink was dry on the police report, and damn the evidence, which, by the way, still is not fully known by the public. Any chance at a fair trial, based upon the facts, is gone. Guilty or not, charges had to be filed just to appease the black public, saw that coming a mile away... In the meantime, the murder rate of young black men, by young black men, is shocking, just look at the FBI stats.....But where is the black communities outrage over that?

Racial bigots like Big Al, Jessie, Etc. do the black community a dis-service, fanning the flames over something like this, when the streets literally run with the blood of black on black violence. Its a shame.

This is about undermining the concept of armed self-defense, and...affirming the narrative that white gun owners are itchin' to shoot promising black youngsters.

That we have some white gun owners who talk like the ARE itchin' to shoot someone black, just feeds it and makes it easier for the Sharptons to yak, but that's minor factor

I'm feeling badly for Zimmerman. Soon as special prosecutor was assigned, they should have change title to speshul persecutor, and and hung a sign addressing the howling mob - "what then will you have me do with Zimmerman?"

this is batting me rightward a few more degrees...

the skinheads may be "itchin" but I think everyone else is just sick and tired of the likes of sharpton, and the threats by black panthers. if someone makes threats, either shut up, or, bring it on.

This is one case where you should swing to the right. The liberal tyrants and fascist gungrabbers want to use this case to strip the states of stand your ground and castle doctrine self-defense laws. We stand together, or we fall in pieces.

I don't know about that, there have been shootings in Michigan here with people being shot unarmed, black, and on public property not just at home. In all the cases the prosecutor decided, it was up to him. I would imagine it always will be even after this. I'm not about to worry what color of person I'm shooting regardless of any of this or what anyone thinks, only thing I need to know is if I'm justified. I won't be looking for trouble or following anyone though, but that's just me. That being said, I have no idea what went down here or if it was real self defense, that's up to anyone who saw it. If there is a witness, I would think a lot will rest on that as everything else is just guessing. The dead guy ain't talkin. The bad in all this is, the media convicted him, the totally unprofessional president of the united states opened his stupid mouth who knows nothing, and the attorney general has been inserted somehow, yep, the feds inserted themselves into a state matter.

If I were the judge, or if any judge is worth his salt, he'd dismiss the case right off, and blame the media and the president of the U.S. and say Obama acted stupidly, so this guy can't get a fair trial. Case closed!

I generally avoid threads like this but my hands are typing while my brain is away. I see this as a no win for America. If he is found guilty, your rights to protect yourself just evaporated. If he wins his freedom, the black community is going to cry foul and the demonstrations will begin. Regardless, we as a nation are becoming even more divided than ever. I see a white America that is armed to the teeth with the ability to make ammo and firearms in their own homes. I see a cultural war between ethnic peoples that is going to see a lot of good folks killed on both sides but the sum is the same- the complete failure of this nation. All of this is based on his right to protect himself as the young man was on top of Zimmerman beating the hell out of him. If proven in a court that it is not the truth, all bets are off. But there is no doubt that the election for the President of the USA will be swayed by what happens at this trial. My personal view is that the USA will not stand 4 more years of reckless Gov't and it'll take several generations to correct the damage done by the Obama Administration. Good news for me, I live in Texas and the folks here are getting the message, we don't need the USA anymore. We have agriculture, cattle, oil, refineries, produce more wind energy than the entire USA, medical facilities that exceed most countries, great highway system, and we have the right to protect ourselves and our property.

I predict that since Zimmerman has been over charged, he will be aquitted. Thats really his best chance at returning to a somewhat normal life in a few years. If they didn’t charge him, he would have to live in hiding from now on. If they over charge him and therefore gets aquitted, the time it will take to do the trial and all will cool things down some and the legal process has proceeded to the end. There is no easy way out of this deal, but this may be the best way. As bad as that sounds………

I'm from Mississippi and I still see racism quite often mostly black against white. My point is that if the liberal media radio and tv and national black leaders Jesse Jackson Al Sharpton etc. would leave the black population alone then we would all get alone better. Zimmerman is going down regardless of what the facts are, because our government is going to make sure of that. You know it's terrible that the hispanic community hasn't stepped up to defend Zimmerman. I believe our government is pulling string to keep the hispanics quite. If the media and government can't make this a racial hate crime then people will not pay attention. I mean come on the media is calling Zimmerman a white hispanic and because if they don't use the word white it's not a hate crime, whatever.

Also notice that a special prosecutor has not been assigned to file charges against the black panthers for their putting a bounty on Zimmerman`s head! Which State Attorney General Bondi should have been on that like at hen on a June bug!!

They wont do that. The blacks can play by a diffirent set of laws. Those poor black people have it so rough here. Hey I know a Country they can go back to.

We as a Country spend way to much time trying to please everyone, with poilitical correctness. We should be able to say what's really on our minds without fear of prosecution, or repromands. Freedom of speech.

so much for innocent until proven guilty

but then thats a joke
look at all the bail bondsmen around
supported SOLELY by those that are presumed innocent.....

Everyone is giving opinions, but does anyone stop and think of what Zimmerman must be going through ? Here's a guy who was forced to defend himself, against some punk, thinking he has that right, now finds himelf in jail being charged with a crime. He now has a price on his head, and that crime goes unpunished. Put yourself in his shoes. He is being hung out to dry with nowhere to turn. Is this Country saying, you must be the victum, or you WILL go to prison. That gives the criminals the power, and support to run rampent. Just think if that were you in that siuation, now you would have to stop and think, should I protect myself, or just let him keep beating me, and hope he stops before he kills me.

+1 I have also been there. Guilty until proven innocent. People still belive, justice is fair.

This whole episode at this stage of the game is starting to smell real bad! Both the prosecuting attorney and the defendants attorney both in their statements used the term, if there is a trial, which sounds like a possible plea bargain is in the works. Also Travon`s mother has stated that she believes that the incident was an accident! Zimmerman has made a statement that he would like to apologize to Travon`s parents.
The indictment for the arrest warrant did not seem all that strong.
