The day may come when federal regulations will prohibit new business owners from using demographics to determine where to open a business, but until then, were I someone investing in the private sector trying to build wealth, I'd pay attention to stuff like this. If you read the comments, many local posters stated they will not shop at that mall due to the perception of a cultural undertow tearing down the city. I do believe Oregon is reaping what it has sown for many year; shame, its a beautiful state.
