Size question

  I have a Marlin 1894 in .357 mag the does quite well with .358" cast bullets, no leading at all. However, my Taurus revolver leads with these bullets so I bought a few sized at  .359" to try out.
  My question is, would it be OK to shoot the .359" in the Marlin? I'd really like to avoid having different diameter bulets if I could.

If they will enter a fired case they'll be fine. Make sure there isn't any crimp left when you check.

Usually .360" works fine in Marlins.

 Ijust got back from the range and the .359's worked fine in the Marlin. The SWC profile is a bit longer than the RNFP so occasionally I'd have a feed problem but it wasn't bad.
More importantly, the .359's didn't lead my revolver so I'm happy.
