32 H&R mag. Birdshead?
« on: April 17, 2012, 04:36:05 AM »
Fellow near me has a like new .32 for sale, stainless for $425.  I just learned yesterday a tax credit I had last year is lost this year...thereby sending the extra money for this off to our very best friends in "Worshington" D of C. :P   Is this a good price, average or what?  I may still be able to wrangle it if it's worth it.
thanks!

BDJ, I sold my .32 stainless birdshead for $550 so that price sounds good. On the other hand I bought an adj. sighted Bisley for $325, like new.  I have 5 now, 2 adj. sighted and 3 of the little Vaqueros with aluminum frames, they all shoot great.

I think you 'lost' the same credit I did........and to the same inept place. So much for us helping to revitalize the economy with some consumer spending.
Those little B-Heads are so nice feeling in my hand, but Ive been the .32 route (in its many guises) and it no longer intrigues me. Now if it were .22.......
But thats just me. If it blows yer skirt up and you can swing it, get it while you can and enjoy playin' with it. We never know what storm the wind will blow in tomorrow and life is short...make it good!
