I went out this morning to dig some ramps for pickling, and looked for Morels with no luck. I did find a bunch of Dryad's Saddle mushrooms. I had never picked these before, and never ate them. I brought a few small ones home with me, fried them in butter, and they are delicious.
These mushrooms are also called Hawk Wing, or Pheasant backs.
