I AM AMAZED

On April the 14th I sent my S&W M16-4 in .32 H&R off to Bowen in Tensesse to convert to .327 mag.
I got it back yesterday PM 4/20/12.
I sent him a note saying I was upset---he didn't keep it long enough for me to feel like I got my monies worth.

Yes , that is amazing.  Is this the norm or are things a little slow for them ......?  I sent a SP-101 back to Ruger , they aknowledged recieving it on the 23rd of March.....that was the last I've heard.  Sounds like Bowen is living up to his reputation .  Good for you

Who knows--one example is not enough to proclain it a norm.
I have had a pistol at Pinnacle since last June for basically the same alteration--changeing a 586 .357 to shoot 9x23.
There are some very extenuiating circumstances involved in this, however.
