Because they know that 99% of those that shoot can't shoot I guess.  Mine shoot 1/2 MOA or better with factory ammo.

Somehow I seriously doubt it  ;D  as you have just said that 99% of Remington's Employees cannot shoot, even those employed to test their rifles, which is why Remington use a 2" grouping acceptance standard!


Hmmm I wonder what Remington would think of you saying that?

99% of the buyers would be returning their rifles because they couldn't shoot a 2" group, when it isn't the rifles fault.  They simply can't shoot.
