Updated today at 2:16 PM        SAN DIEGO (AP) -- The Marine Corps has decided to discharge a sergeant for criticizing President Barack Obama on Facebook.
The Corps says Wednesday that Sgt. Gary Stein will be given an other-than-honorable discharge for violating Pentagon policy limiting speech of service members.
The San Diego-area Marine has served nearly 10 years in the Marine Corps. He has said he was exercising his free-speech rights.
The discharge will mean he loses all benefits.

No government jobs, no government contract jobs, and usually no state jobs.  Think about it, how many times have you been asked "Have you been discharged under other than Honorable Conditions?  He will not be able to purchase a gun, that question is on the form for gun purchases.

He said he was just exercising his 2nd amendment rights.  This guy was a real dumb XXXX it was explained to him in Boot Camp.  Military do not live by civilian rules, they live under the UCMJ, and he violated that. 

His life has been seriously curtailed, and I doubt he understands just how bad it is.  He is in for a rude awakening.
