Synthetic vs Wood stock weight?

Wondering which is lighter.........a non-flexi encore synthetic stock, or a walnut stock for same? Weight difference?

Encore Butt stock:
Walnut ~29.0 oz
Synthetic ~22.5 oz


The width of my walnut stock is 1/16" to 1/8" thicker in places, like the grip.  The length of pull on the walnut measures about 5/8" longer than my synthetic stock.  I prefer the synthetic for being less bulky.  Also, I don't worry about banking it up at the range like I would the original walnut stock.
‎Is it really Zombie Max, if it's not .357 Max?
