Heard last night that the teacher has been suspended with pay, pending further investigation. Also heard that the teacher was apparently not in the room when foul things were said to the child.
 
Still not excusable!!!!!!! A teacher should never leave his/her charges alone with aides, specifically because an aide may not have the skills to properly interact with a child, let alone one with special needs!!!!!!!!!
 
Personally, I think that anyone involved in the education field should have to undergo pyschological screening at the least!

Personally, I think that anyone involved in the education field should have to undergo pyschological screening at the least!
That should be the case for anyone dealing with the public. Doctors, nurses, LEO; etc.

(LEOs have to  have a psych eval, at least every department I've ever worked for had that requirement. I get one annually...still trying to fail it!  :o )

Considering the way a LEO went off on me recently, it shows me anger management problems are definitely missed.

Conservatives don't need one- everyone knows they are crazy. ;)
