YT, Homosexual marriage is AGAINST Muslim, Christian, and Jewish religions.  No problem there.  It is against nature and against religion.  If you are an atheist, and believe in evolution, then gays should die out since they can't reproduce.  Marriage for a man and woman is universal in ALL religions.  Again no problem there.  This is not imposing Christian beliefs, but just common sense.

         I saw NO mention anywhere in the above posts about the Taliban or fundementalist Christians.  I did read that Christians, Jews, muslims, hindus, budhists and sikhs all hold that same belief.  But, of course that doesn't sound as good as a direct comparison of Christians and the Taliban.

I made the comparison, which is quite apt. And you know, when it comes to hatin' gay people and wanting to impose their belief on others by force of law rather than persuasion.... Some Christians see eye to eye with the Taliban; they might have diff texts but they're on the same page.

  The judge's position makes no sense.  If forcing everyone to eat the same (halal) food is not descrimination because it forces everybody to eat the same food, then forcing everyone to eat a non halal diet would also be nondiscriminatory because it would also force the same diet on all of them.  This is clearly a case of the government accomodating one religion over others.  The lawsuit in itself is BS because Muslims are allowed ot eat non halal food when halal isn't available.  The prison was also provididng a pork free diet for Muslim and Jewish prisoners already.  There was no prevention of religous practice.  There was an oportunity for a prisoner to say he's offended and file a lawsuit.  That's one thing that people in prison do; file lawsuits.  It is just something to do with their time.
 
  The fact that the judge did intelectual contortionism to find a way to rule in favor of the plaintiff just shows how quran-whipped our government is.  He probably feared reprisal against himself or his family if he ruled against a Muslim.  If that was his motivation he was probably correct.  He would have been in personal bodily danger and/or his career may have been dead.
