I want one chambered in .338 Win Mag with ejectors. I currently shoot a TCR in that caliber, so I know what the recoil is like, and it is very manageable. The only problem with the TCR is that it only has extractors. That sometimes causes life to get a bit exciting.

A 24" fluted bull barrel in a 6.5mm( .260 Remington, 6.5x55 Swede

, 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 Grendel).

Some really nice ideas here. I would like a 219 zipper (I have the dies already, just don't have a 22 hornet barrel to work with yet) but a 30-40 krag, 32-40, 33wcf, 38-55, or 9.3x74 would be really cool as well.

From the looks of things I think a 6.5\264 offering would sell like hotcakes. Is ashame they are cutting calibers out instead of adding. I too would love 6.5 swede, offered in the ultra package with 26'' barrel and a plain pw stock and 22'' tube.

My dream Handi would be a real case hardened SB2 with BC carbine walnut stocks that had a 15" LOP. It would be a combo 3 barrel unit with the following barrels:

1. 20" 45 Colt with target knob peep sight and front firesight.
2. 26" 16 gauge Mod choke barrel with vent rib.
3. 16" .22 LR Versa Pack barrel with target knob peep sight and front firesight.

Make mine a 9.3x74R in a 24" or 26" light barrel with open sights, color case hardened receiver and a nice walnut TDC stock set. It would be perfect...

I shoot his round in an encore and would love it in a handi.

A dream Handi would be a new one made with the same care and attention to detail as the Gardner guns had.

Buying a new Handi nowadays costs more and it's a crap shoot as far as quality is concerned. Honestly I think Remington has no interest in the brand... and it shows.

OK, I am working on probably the strangest caliber a handi has ever been chambered in ??

It is maybe the first smokeless powder cartridge ever chambered as a military cartridge. It is also the first cartridge to use a boatailed bullet EVER !!
Can you guess what it is ?? Well its got a big ole rim on it and enough taper on the case to compare to a 22 Jet but not too far behind in power to a 30/06 ??
What the heck is this ?? If you can guess by the clues given your a pretty good thinker ... I am making the reamer for this weirdo as I type ?
