22-250 AI load data

I just got my gun back from the smith, I had him ream out my 22-250 to the improved 40^ version and am in search of load data. I have the latest nosler manual it has some data but I am looking for a liitle more to start with.
one of the guys at the  local range said to use 220 swift data and watch for pressure signs.
any help/data would be appreciated

Use standard 22-250 load data.
I was told that you could use max loads for a given bullet weight as the increase in case size would act as saftey net on load development.
