Chamber Inserts

I had posted this in single shot rifles but because the insert goes in a shotgun Tim recommended I post it here. Does anyone use or know someone that uses a chamber insert from MCA Sports in Alaska ? As I like versatility in a gun I'm thinking of a 45 LC insert for a 12 guage. As the usual length of the insert is 10 inches I'm thinking it would make a good combo gun with shotgun/rifle capabilities. Just haven't heard anything about the accuracy of these inserts.
