that might be no one wants to invest there


because  decent tenants are hard to come by


i have been a slum lord for 30 years now


i go out of my way for  a good tenant....and  never increase rent


high  maintenance tenants get a rate increase


late payers get evicted  real fast


many rent  ''AS IS''  for a reduced rate....then demand  i do something
i kick their butt   in court.......then they are homeless
