if this is true. Zimmerman would do well to refuse the help.
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

Amusing, in a shake your head in disgust sort of way.

They say there is a certain amount of truth in stereotypes. Racist, honkey, cracker, piece of crap should maybe keep his humor to himself. This is not the time or place for this sort of thing. JMHO

A shooting range target of a person in a hoodie with cross hairs on the chest, a bag of Skittles tucked in a pocket and a hand holding a can resembling iced tea was pulled from an online sales site, a Florida TV news station reports, but not before raising concerns of its connection with teen shooting victim Trayvon Martin.
A shooting range target of a person in a hoodie with cross hairs on the chest, a bag of Skittles tucked in a pocket …
Martin was wearing a hoodie and had just purchased Skittles and iced tea when he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in Sanford, Fla., on Feb. 26, according to police reports.
Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges. He initially told investigators he shot Martin in self-defense.
WKMG Local 6's story said in an email exchange with reporter Mike DeForest that the unidentified seller wrote, "My main motivation was to make money off the controversy." The seller did not disclose how many paper targets were made, but said in an email, "The response is overwhelming. I sold out in 2 days."
Some of those targets were sold to two Florida gun dealers, according to the seller.
According to an advertisement for the targets posted on a popular firearms auction website, the sellers stated they "support Zimmerman and believe he is innocent and that he shot a thug,"  the television station reported.
After being informed the station was investigating his online business, the seller said the targets would no longer be sold.
"This is the highest level of disgust and the lowest level of civility,"  Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara said in the news piece. "It's this type of hatred—that's what this is, it's hate-mongering—that's going to make it more difficult to try this case."
The attorney is also concerned the targets will further inflame the community.
The news channel said it reached out to Martin's family but did not get a comment.

That is in very poor taste.   This is one very rare time where Slim Shady Sharpton and Jumpin' Jackson Flash would have a legitimate complaint.

I didn't think Hezbollah had an official magazine.    I guess if they did, it would be called Bombpacker Magazine (a little pun on Backpacker Magazine).

Leave it to a peckerwood cracker to pour gas on a slowly dying fire in order to make a dime.
Any way the verdict comes, Zimmerman will never live another day without looking over his shoulder in fear.

That hoodie is in very poor taste; especially when considering what Trayvon's parents and siblings are going through.

That being said; according to the latest news the unruly crowd in respect for the evidence, should perhaps start shouting, "justice for George".
Latest testimony and proven injuries seem to point to the confrontation being just as Zimmerman described it; in which case he was "standing his ground" and acted in self defense.

How do you know the guy who made the target was white in the first place?

Unjustly living in fear, from lynching.  Something that should of died a hundred years ago.  It's really sad that people still can't get over their childish ways and let the justice system try and find truth, you can share your opinion it's true, but using it to harm another is entirely another thing.

  The C_ _ _ _ __ r  word is no less offensive than the N_ _ _ _ r word, let's keep those of this forum.

Meanwhile; it looks like Zimmerman has the powers-to-be against him. It looks like politicians pay more heed to mobs than they do to what is right or wrong.
Could it be that Zimmerman may be a sacrifice on the altar of political expediency ?..   Does this illustrate how some on this forum claim that once a man is in the system .."justice" may be a forgotten concept ?

Is it? I must have missed that in my last fifty years as a white guy in the South. Were southern whites called crackers - I mean, C_ _ _ _ _ _ s - back when they were denied their civil rights by the state, and murdered by fellow citizens on account of skin color, all without legal recourse? Was cracker C _ _ _ _ _ _ in common, everyday usage until the 70s? Is it a freighted slur, now? I'm a gun-owning white southerner who has been called a racist on more than one occasion, but haven't yet been traumatized by being called a... oh, I dare not speak that horrid word!

just curious: does use of C _ _ _ _ _ R quality as being 'PC'?'
How many PC types do we have here?

How is your blatant racism now all of a sudden ok because of the past???

Not to sound cold, but who cares what happened years ago???  So somebody slapped my father years ago, so now I should knock out their child???  That's not how it works.

Sadly you have these prejudices built in you. Of course there are reasons why I'm sure, history shows them. The problem is you don't learn to curb those prejudices. I've been called "cracker" and "whitey" and "white boy" and all kinds of crap and the truth is its annoying as hell.  Because I'm white it's ok to reference me as that?  And it's socially uncouthe for me to use racial slurs back?  Why do you think it's ok??  What did I personal do to deserve that?  You throw cracker out there all day, and it's supposedly fine according to you. If I break out the n word, what would you say?  Cause according to your last argument, let's see the facts.... I never killed anybody or denied anybody anything or ever, so the I should be allowed to use it, right??  Wrong buddy.  Grow up.

I've never thought "cracker" was particularly offensive, just ignorant.  Of course, it's not my style to seek out offense.  Still, apparently others disagree, so lets drop the word.  Better safe than sorry on a family website.

Any word when meant as an insult, especially a racially based insult has no place.

If you don't agree with that, you should stay in private.

Meanwhile..back at the original thread...  It is beginning to look more and more like GZ is being used as a pawn in the lefties efforts to stop CC permits nationwide.
  http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/05/16/autopsy-results-reportedly-indicate-trayvon-martin-suffered-injuries-to/?test=latestnews
In truth, the "stand your ground" law seems to have worked...but the libbies have now so distorted it, that it is unlikely to be put in effect anywhere now..the libs have gained ground.
I am not familiar with Florida laws, but in many places it is illegal to "brandish" a weapon in another's presence.  If this is the case here, perhaps the "brandish" law was partly to blame.  If GZ had displayed the fact that he was armed, perhaps TM would not have attacked him (if that were the case)..and would be alive today.

No surprise - they saw opportunity... associate a murderous Racist White Southern Cracker Geo Zimmerman with gun ownership advocacy & concealed carry... narrative fell apart when it turned out Zimmerman wasn't really White in the context they hoped to convey (white hispanic!!) and that he wasn't a racist, and... looks like he shot to defend hisself while in extremis.

Nice move YT..you just confirmed your prejudice!  Remember, the root term for prejudice is to pre-judge !  Unless you have some kind of inside information that Z is indeed a "murderous, racist, southern, cracker",..... it appears you are indeed "pre-judging".

Just the card the NY Times and PMSNBC seem to be playing  in this article.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/47453164/ns/us_news-the_new_york_times   They lament that the 'prosecution' may have been jeopardized by sloppy police work !
If you read the article from an even-handed perspective..that same sloppy police work could just as easily, be preventing GZ from already being cleared.

I've done no such thing. In your hurry to be adversarial, Ironglow, I believe you have misunderstood - and mis-construed - my post. 'Racist White Southern Cracker Geo Zimmerman' was the narrative of the mainstream media, intended to gin up newspaper sales and advocate for more gun control - it was not any 'prejudice' of mine. That MSM narrative seems to have fallen apart as more info has come available.
