I have for many years been telling my family and close friends that "You are what you eat" and preached a healthy alkaline diet to them as well.
Many of my friends have had all sorts of health problems over the years. Most if not all of the people I have talked to at first thought I was nuts ( If it was true the government and doctors would tell us so) and they were not willing to change their diets to even try. Several of them over the years have came back to me after exhausting all other options. I guess when you have nothing else to lose you will try anything. Everyone I know that has took the information I gave them and followed the diets are healthy now and swear by a healthy diet.
Here are a few tips that might help you and could have noticeable results in just a few weeks.
STOP MICROWAVING YOUR FOOD!!!! It has been proven to have a direct affect on hemoglobin and cholesterol levels. So if you have a cholesterol problem throw your microwave out the back door and watch it get back to normal provided you eat properly.
EAT FRESH PRODUCE. It has been shown that in order for your body to process the vitamins found in the food you eat the enzymes need to still be viable in the food. Store bought caned food DOES NOT HAVE VIABLE ENZYMES!!! Fresh produce if over cooked or fried looses the enzymes as well. Steamed or fresh is the best way to go as shown by countless studies.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CONSUME ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS. Pure cane sugar, honey or other natural sugars are the only sugars that your body knows how to process and any other sweetener will be treated as toxins and expelled from the body through the various organs and create other health problems over time.
ONLY EAT FRESH DAIRY PRODUCTS. If you have a local dairy buy all your dairy products there. Please note that the Vitamin D added to milk is a last ditch effort to put something back into the milk that the processing of it kills but again no enzymes are present and the vitamin D is treated as a toxin and flushed. I can no longer advocate RAW MILK as the US JUSTICE DEPT has decided to arrest anyone doing so but I strongly recommend you do the research or talk to the older generations that got it straight from the cow/goat many years ago on the benefits of it.
BUY LOCALLY RAISED BEEF, PORK AND OTHER MEATS. Get your meat from a place that you know sells locally raised livestock. This way you can find out what the animals were fed and what chemicals will be in your meat. Try to limit your meat consumption so as to be only 25% of your meal and if beef and locally raised and pesticide free then eat it more rare than cooked. (reason, the blood in the meat contains the enzymes needed to to act as a bridge between your body and the vitamins, minerals and proteins in the food) Well done meat and any beneficial properties it might have had will be treated as toxins and flushed.
STAY AWAY FROM FRIED FOODS. It has been proven that the process of frying food creates not only free radical in the food but also in the air around the food as it is cooked there by giving the preparer a double dose of unhealthiness. I my self still consume a little fried food but nothing like I did years ago. (Gotta have my fried catfish and chicken)
CUT OUT FAST FOOD AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. PINK SLIM IS NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION! Nor is half of the other crap they put in fast food these days... I do not eat it and wish my family would stop...!( Yeah I am talking to you Heather, GB and Mrs GB)
