  I haven't hunted frogs for probably 60 years..  When I was a kid, I used a Red Ryder BB gun and would go to our stock tank or ice pond (in summer) and sneak around where I could shoot them between the shoulder blades.. they wouldn't move a muscle.
  Ours were simply leopard frogs, not the really big bull frogs you probably have there in KY.

I'm like IG, haven't gigged any in many years, but I still love to eat'em.

I'm in the desert now and we don't have any frogs to speak of.

I sure do remember gigging and eating some frogs gowing up. 

Kind of funny watching them jump around in a frying pan.

I wish I had a dozen legs to eat right now.  I'm getting hungry.

We still have some frogs here but the weather has been so hot..i just havent had a chance to get out lately..
