Shipping the Huntsman?
« on: May 26, 2012, 06:49:40 PM »
I have several muzzleloaders i wanna sell. Two are huntsman. 45 and 58 cal.

first question. Can i ship em directly to individuals?

Next question. What are these things bringing? Some rust around breech and in bore. Otherwise good.

And while i gotcha. Can i ship a remington 700ml directly to an individual? And traditions inline?
Thanks yall. Joe

Browse the H&R classifieds to find what they've sold for in the past, seems to me real nice ones go for $150-$200, Larry picked up a couple for half that if IIRC. If they have wide firing pins, they're ML only and can't be fitted with shotgun barrels due to the opening in the frame being too small for the underlug, so they can be shipped without an FFL involvement, same for the Rem 700ML, it's a ML only.

Traditions inlines are ok to ship also.  Only the pro series they sold for a year or two had rifle barrels available and their frames were different.
