§  Why do progressives believe that you can tax alcohol and cigarettes to discourage consumption, and expect a different result when you tax income?  Kinda makes you wonder....

good point but I doubt they care about people's health as much as taking from the rich and giving to the poor after skimming what they want.

Whenyou have not passed a budget in this many years and you constantly spend what you don't have you get desperate.  They are desperate. Tax the mule, the cart, and the grease for the wheels...whatever they can get I guess.

I  see   where   one   of   the   facebook   founders   denounced   his   U. S.  citizenship  to   dodge  high   taxes .

If you want to get really sick, google "White House Administration raises 2010 - 2011".  Just wonder how many of these political hacks are No Show jobs to boot..?
