Another good reason for using pay as you go cell phones.
Whats next? I guess they will eventually pass a law requiring everyone to have a GPS implanted at birth. "Keep us safe you know" ::)

For a jailbroken iphone they have location spoofer apps you can download. You drop a pin on a map and that is the location your phone gives as it's own. There is a white list for programs you want to know your true location, like gps driving directions for instance, or an atm finder. I have ran mine on tracking software. Spoofed shows me being where I choose. With the program turned off it shows my actual location in map, satellite or hybrid view. It shows real time. If you are driving down the road the dot is moving on the map. When the phone is turned off completely it doesn't show up on the map.

Any call or text can be traced using triangulation between towers.
I'm voting 3rd party in this election by writing in Jesus Christ for president.  Sadly even if this were an option most of you would still vote Republican because "It's a two party system."

Nice plan but it would seem if your fake location was where a crime took place it could lead to problems for you.

This really isnt anything new.  The Patriot Act pretty much did away with ALOT of our privacy legally.  They were doing it illegally for years before.  Mr. Hoover was quite the nosey man.
It's all a hot mess...........
