   He can't seem to locate it...
 
   He outlaws cokes over 16 ozs... but cheers national giant doughnut day...
 
   According to him you have to ask for salt at a restaurant in NY City.  No..you can't buy a cola larger than 16 ozs... but packing dope to smoke is entirely acceptable with him.

If your looking for Bloomberg's brain you will have to look past the sphincter and up by the colon.

I think it should read as ....... looks past the colon for possible impaction in the sphincter.
