As soon as you get those two channel cats dressed and skinned , I would like them well seasoned, rolled in a mixture of mustard and Louisiana Hot Sauce, rolled real good in yellow corn meal and fried until done in peanut oil, please!!

Now were talking steak filet`s!
I had steaks off of a 52 lb oppulousa (sp)? cat and whoever cleaned that fish did not take all of the fat off of it and some was still on the steak `s and I ate the steaks as they were fried and did not notice the fat until I started on the second piece! Talk about something that will make you sick!!!

Channels are worth eating, but the flatheads are by far a better eating fish.  That beautiful thick white belly meat is hard to beat...
