I see it as a symptom of the end of the era when pro-hitler graffiti had an impact on people. Today so few people remember who and what hitler was that graffiti related to it would be a meaningless scrawl to most people. Now, the only way to have an impact is to go directly to the few people who still remember.

The state of Israel would have eventually formed anyway.  After WWI when the Brittish took the area from Turkey, Lord Balfor had a declaration made to allow the Jews to return to their ancient homeland.  Many were already returning.  Once the gates were opened for their return it would have only been a matter of time before they were re established in their homeland.  Hitler and WWII just made it faster.

  What is so amazing about vandalism done to or graffitti being sprayed upon Jewish properties or symbols ?  There are Jew haters all over the world.  This one may have been just had a higher IQ than the usual unreasonable hater (maybe 75), in that by his wording, he tried to place the blame on Jews themselves.

   The SS St Louis was set sail after the "Kristalnacht" in November 1938..trying to escape Nazi death camps.  They were refused by Cuba and the Roosevelt administration in the United States.
  Britain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands  each gave sanctuary to some. Unfortunately, most of those in France, Belgium and the Netherlands were eventually swept up by the nazis...and liquidated.
