Updated today at 4:13 AM        Gallery  See all 2 photos »  (WHAS11) – A 9-month-old boy has died after being left in a vehicle for several hours in the 6400 block of Glenwood Road in eastern Jefferson County.

Police and EMS were at the scene around 6:00 p.m. Monday.
Police questioned the boy's parents separately in an effort to get the true story. It is unclear what led to the infant being forgotten in the vehicle. He was the couple's only child.
No charges have been filed at this time. Police will give their findings to prosecutors for review when their investigation finishes

 And what do they mean no charges have been filed. Responsible parties should be arrested. very tragic.

It really fries my butt to see things like this and see some folks who continually pop out babies who don't want them, especially when John and Kristine fought so hard for their child over 5 years then lost her. POWDERMAN.

I am surprised that this was the couple's only child because it always seems like the dumbest people are also the most fertile people.

Maybe the women was exercising her "so called" right to choose. I think that is what the feminists and liberals call it. They might be in trouble though, because you can only murder your child legally in the womb. All you have to do is call it your right to choose, and you can be rid of it.
