C130E, Try jc whitney, I believe they will have both the flares and the cab corners at a decent price.

c130e, JC Whitney has some flares called "Flexy Flares".They are rubber  1/4" thick with a metal rod running down the outside edge.Cost $74.95.I bought a set myself and installed them back a few months ago.Am very happy with them.Of course I didn't use the bolts they sent with kit;I used stainless hex heads.Took me about 45 min. to install. You can do it yourself,as I did,but another person to help you hold in place as you drill would be even better. Now on the rocker panel. You have several opitions here. You could cover with a body side moulding(plastice, rubber, ect.),use stainless accent panels as cover,or of course fix the rust and use body filler.According to how bad the rust is and how much metal you would have to remove would have to be your main question.Of course cost comes into acount here also.Any hope this helps.BTW I paint cars for a living  .                            Rick                                                                                                                                                                                                                 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  98 Dodge Dak Sport CC 4 x 4 ,3" lift,33 x 12 Mud Kings,410 LSD,stailess  skid plates, stainless grill mesh, used mainly as a mountain goat taxi
