Updated yesterday at 7:39 PM        Related:   Gallery  See all 2 photos »  JAMESTOWN, Ky. (AP) -- Police have added a charge of fetal homicide against a man being held in the death of a central Kentucky runner.
Police told WLEX-TV in Lexington they've added the charge to murder, kidnapping and robbery counts facing 28-year-old Christopher W. Allman. Police say Allman attacked 31-year-old Sarah Hart on June 14.
Hart was running with her sister and became dehydrated. She was killed when she returned to her car. Investigators say Allman said he killed Hart in order to steal money. Searchers found Hart dead in a field just off the highway where she had been running.
The child would have been Hart's fourth.

It boggles the mind that an unborn child can be murdered yet Abortion is legal. >:(

I know what you mean, but the difference being is that if a women wants her child its a living human being. If a women doesn't want her child, then its just a fetus, blob of tissue, feto placental unit, embryo, pregnancy tissue..etc...etc.. Its something how just different terms can be used to snuff out ones "right to life"

DDZ. YEP, those are all terms the pro death crowd uses trying to convince themselves that they aren't murdering babies. POWDERMAN.  :( :(
